ZGMLUXE operates as a luxury, high-value retailer. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final once an order is placed.

No returns.

No refunds.

No exceptions.

 

Final Sale Policy

 

This policy applies to all items offered by ZGMLUXE, including but not limited to precious metals, fine and luxury jewelry, custom or made-to-order pieces, and limited or high-value items.

Once payment is submitted and an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded, except where required by law.

 

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

 

All custom orders require full payment before production begins. Materials are sourced and production is initiated immediately upon payment. All payments for custom items are non-refundable.

ZGMLUXE assumes no financial risk on custom projects initiated at the client’s request.

 

Fraud Prevention

 

ZGMLUXE reserves the right to review, delay, or cancel any order that appears suspicious or inconsistent with normal purchasing behavior. Fraudulent activity may be reported to payment processors or relevant authorities as permitted by law.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
