Orders are processed and shipped only after payment confirmation and internal verification. Additional verification may delay shipment for security purposes.

 

Shipping Security

 

High-value shipments include tracking, insurance, and adult signature confirmation. These requirements are mandatory and cannot be waived.

 

Delivery and Responsibility

 

Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the client.

ZGMLUXE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered, theft after confirmed delivery, or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the client.

 

Claims and Investigations

 

All delivery-related claims are reviewed using carrier records, tracking data, signature confirmation, and internal fulfillment documentation. False or misleading claims may be formally disputed.
